Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Monolith Prime LLC ("PrintVerse," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.printverse.ai, offering AI image refinement, image-to-3D creation, and browser-based 3D tools (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account: Email, account ID, profile, preferences, and sign-in and security records, including information from sign-in providers such as Google.
  • Content: Submitted images, prompts and settings; images you refine and 3D models you create; creation history and processing records.
  • Purchases: Transaction references, amounts, payment status and Credits records. Stripe processes payments and supplies purchase, refund and billing information.
  • Communications: Messages, files, feedback and referral information.
  • Usage: IP address, browser, device, approximate location, referring pages, interactions, timestamps and diagnostics.

The 3D Model Viewer and STL Repair Tool process selected model files in your browser; their pages also use analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to process creations and purchases, manage accounts, Credits and history, provide support, and analyze and improve the Services. We also use it to prevent fraud, protect rights and security, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and send service or permitted marketing messages.

Where applicable, we rely on contract performance for requested services, legitimate interests in service operation, improvement and security, legal obligations, and consent where required.

3. AI Processing

AI features send content and related data to third-party AI and infrastructure providers, which may change. Depending on the feature, settings and provider terms, providers may retain inputs, outputs or logs for service operation, security or abuse prevention, and use content for model improvement or training where permitted.

These uses remain subject to applicable law and required notice or consent. Submit only content you are authorized to provide.

4. Disclosure

We may disclose information to providers supporting authentication, hosting, storage, AI, payments, communications, analytics, security and support. We may also disclose information to legal, accounting or insurance advisers under confidentiality arrangements; in financing or business transfers; as reasonably needed for legal, safety or enforcement purposes; or at your direction or with consent.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies and similar technologies support operation, security and improvement. Analytics providers may process account and usage data and record interactions and displayed content through session replay.

Browser storage controls may affect functionality and do not necessarily stop all analytics. See Google's data practices and controls.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, considering data type, account activity, deletion requests and legal obligations. Deleting history may not erase related files, logs or backups needed for accounting, security, fraud prevention or disputes; legal requirements and exceptions also govern deletion by providers.

We use encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is completely secure.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal information, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

You may also object to processing, including direct marketing, where applicable.

Contact us below. Legal deadlines, verification requirements and exceptions apply, as do statutory representation, appeal and non-discrimination rights. Essential service notices may continue.

8. International Processing

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy protections. Contact us about processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13; eligibility follows our Terms of Service. Contact us about suspected collection from a child under 13 for review.

10. Third-Party Links

Third-party privacy policies apply to information you provide directly to those sites or services.

11. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy and its date, providing notice or seeking consent where required. Earlier commitments still govern previously collected information unless lawfully changed.
